This apartment is very well located, 5min walk to Pramousquier Beach, a Proxi (little grocery store) outside of the residence is so convenient. The Petit train du Lavandou stop just outside the entrance gate. 2 great restaurants (la cabane, le jardin gourmand) outside of the residence. You have a beautiful view of the sea and you can also wave at people in the pool. The balcony is big and very enjoyable. Théo was a great communicator and helpful. He was also flexible with our last minute plans. I would recommend this place!

Théo a été accueillant et flexible par rapport à nos horaires et je le remercie. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage par un petit sentier. Présence d'une supérette au pied de la résidence très pratique. (2 Restaurants aussi non essayés) La terrasse est grande et bénéficie d'une vue mer très agréable. Le petit équipement du quotidien est vieillissant par rapport à la prestation globale proposée. Un kit d'accueil suffisant (papier toilette, éponge, produits...) serait également le bienvenu. Cela reste néanmoins une location à conseiller sans hésiter!
