Located between Le Lavandou and Saint-Tropez, the beach of Pramousquier called 'the mysterious one' on the commune of Le Lavandou is one of the most beautiful fine sandy beaches of the region, very little frequented because it is not very visible, thus guaranteeing an authentic, wild and preserved fauna and flora, in a green setting.
The beach is equipped with showers, mattress rental, pedal boats, restaurants, toilets... to make the most of it.
The flat is located in the residence "Pierre et Vacances", very pleasant flat of type 2 rooms of approximately 27 m² + terrace of 7 m² sea view, 50 meters from the beach of Pramousquier, with a private parking space.
Comprising: An entrance hallway with cupboards, a bedroom with double bed and storage space, separate toilet, a bathroom, a living room including the dining room, the lounge area with 2 sofas beds in 90 and the fitted and equipped kitchen, all leading to the terrace of 7 m² with a magnificent view of the sea.
All the comforts for your holiday: dishwasher, fridge, 4 hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, ironing equipment, hair dryer, fan, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, parking space, mini-market nearby... Laundry in the residence for a fee.
Residence with direct access to the beach, with a 1.5 hectare park with exotic and preserved vegetation, right on the water in Pramousquier, in the commune of Lavandou.
